We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, subscribe to our service, or contact us. This includes:
- Name, email address, and business name
- Billing information processed securely through Stripe
- API credentials you provide to connect Peerspace and Acuity (encrypted at rest)
- Studio business data imported from connected platforms (bookings, revenue, client names)
We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, and device information. We use this to improve the product.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Studio Manager Display service
- To process payments and send billing-related communications
- To send product updates, new feature announcements, and support responses
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your studio business data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Stripe for billing, Resend for email).
3. Your studio data
Booking records, client names, and revenue data imported from Peerspace and Acuity are stored securely and are only accessible by you. We do not use your studio business data for advertising, benchmarking without your consent, or any purpose outside delivering the service to you.
Your connected platform credentials (API keys) are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage and are never shared with any party other than the originating platform.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is preserved in read-only state for 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us at the email below.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate Studio Manager Display:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle billing data.
- Clerk — authentication. Your login credentials are managed by Clerk.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Railway — cloud hosting infrastructure.
6. Security
We use HTTPS for all data transmission, encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, and follow industry best practices for data security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
