Cancellation Policy
Cancel any time
You may cancel your Studio Manager Display subscription at any time from the dashboard: open Account → Account & billing and choose Cancel subscription, or use Update card or cancel in the sidebar avatar menu (both open Stripe's secure billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be billed again after that date.
Data retention after cancellation
Your account data (bookings, clients, revenue records) is preserved for 90 days after your cancellation date. During this window you can reactivate your account or export all data as CSV. After 90 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. We will send you a reminder email before deletion occurs.
Refunds
The following matches our Terms of Service (§5), the landing page pricing note, and this policy.
First paid month: If you are unsatisfied after your trial converts to a paid subscription, email us within 7 calendar days of your first successful charge at support@studiomanagerdisplay.com and we will refund that first invoice in full.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days after that first-month window within a billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@studiomanagerdisplay.com and we will review your case promptly.
Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 12 months. If you cancel an annual plan, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. We do not issue prorated refunds for annual plans unless required by applicable law.
Grandfathered rates
If your account is on a legacy promotional rate, that rate applies only while your subscription stays active without a full cancel-and-resubscribe. After you cancel and sign up again, the current $29/month Standard plan applies.
Price changes
We will never raise rates on active subscribers without at least 30 days' written notice. You will always have the option to cancel before any price change takes effect.
