This dashboard came out of running real bookings across the same fragmented tools most studios juggle—nothing theoretical, just the gap between what platforms show and what actually hits your account.

Built because the apps that ran a studio didn’t talk to each other. This is the dashboard that should have existed all along.

Why we exist

Hosts shouldn’t need four tabs and a spreadsheet to answer “what did we make this month?” Studio Manager Display exists to put bookings, payouts, and cash in one place—so studios can see the full picture without reconciling by hand.

What we’re built for

The product is aimed at studio operators who list on marketplaces like Peerspace, lean on Google Calendar for holds and sessions, and still take cash, Zelle, or direct invoices that never show up in a single platform report. The dashboard is designed to respect those real workflows—not force you into one vendor’s narrow view of revenue.
